This will be made available to the successful flatmate.
Garage has a small gym that has everything you will need to stay fit.Rent includes Power, Water, Sky, Internet, and use of everything in kitchen and lounge.(Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, oven, dishwasher, Pantry, Juicers, mixers, ect. Tv, xbox, dvd player, movies, telephone, ect)The BBQ area is free to be used if you want to invite a few friends over from time to time but no parties that could get out of hand.There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer free to be used and I might be available to help on any car troubles as I have a garage full of tools as well.Flatmate will need to buy their own food and be self sufficient.
